This Valheim mod reverts all the changes Hearth and Home made to food
Change is inescapable, but that doesn't base we don't all the same resist it. Valheim's Fireside and Home update changed the values of the varied Viking meals we eat, but if you prefer food the way it was before the update then pull up your chair to the banquet table and get ready to gorge yourself.
A modder has reverted the changes Hearth and Home made to nutrient. All of 'em.
The Open fireplace and Home Old Food Stats mod reverts the changes last week's patch made to your deary foods like snake stew, bloodline pudding, fish wraps, and all other repast you can cook. And it's not just meals, it's ingredients like carrots, mushrooms, and berries. Everything you backside hooey down your Viking-hole has been altered to pre-H&H values.
If you're not aware, meals in Valheim typically acknowledged buffs to wellness and stamina somewhat equally, meaning a few good meals could get some those position bars big and chonky. The Hearth and Home update narrowed the focus of all but foods to favor (sometimes greatly) either health Beaver State stamina, making it more challenging to offer into battle with some bars stacked. There was an official rebalance of that patch finale week, just it's still been a big adjustment and lots of players (myself enclosed) greatly prefer the original system.
Since the young meals added in the piece (corresponding Sus scrofa jerky, wolf skewers, and onion soup) get into't have pre H&H stats, the modder added their have best guesses to the health and stamina values they might have provided if they'd been in the game right along.
And hey, if you want to make up your own values for all the different food items, you can do that, too. A configuration manager is included so you can input your own stats for from each one meal. Beautiful nifty!
If you desire to turn back the clock on Valheim's food, you'll need a handful of separate mods installed. The Old Intellectual nourishment Stats fashionable requires Configuration Manager, BepInExPack, andJotun (which itself requires HookGenPatcher) to dumbfound information technology jetting. If you're not a fan of the new food system, and then all that extra work might just be worth it.
